Recruiting, admissions experience, computer and technology proficiency is preferred, with a minimum of two years coaching experience. Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred but not required. Primary coaching responsibilities will include the successful identification, evaluation and recruitment of academically qualified student-athletes in which to build and maintain a competitive athletic program. FloridaRunningClub Practices are open to all UF students All undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at UF in the current semester are welcome at FRC practices. This program is designed to support students with disabilities in creating and maintaining an exercise plan. The only recreational and competitive running club for UF students. Student Assisted Workout Program: The center partners with UCF students enrolled in the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program to provide assisted workouts. Campus Rec Shop Closed July 13 Campus Rec Shop will be unavailable Thursday July 13th at 8am. The center offers wheelchair basketball, goalball, swim lessons and student assisted workout program. The staff is continuously searching for new equipment and developing recreational programs that create an inclusive environment. The RWC values the provision of quality programs and services that are accessible to the UCF community. It will be an awesome opportunity for all to see how recreational activities can be adapted so that everyone can participate.”

This event is the first of its kind at the Rec Center and we are hopeful that it will bring in students of all abilities. Restrooms with a shower are available on the pool deck there are no locker room facilities. 2 p.m.–Team Building Games (Multipurpose Court 1) This beautiful 8 lane, 50 yard outdoor facility ranges in depth from 4.5 feet (1.4 meters) to 12.5 feet (3.8 meters) and is heated to 84 degrees during the winter months.

The Recreation and Wellness Center will host an Adaptive Recreation Expo on February 22 in honor of National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day.Ī series of activities will be held for UCF students of all abilities from 11 a.m. Adaptive Recreation gives people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in recreational activities.
